Ethscriptions
Nobody can upgrade Ethscriptions. Its upgradable contracts answer to an admin contract that has no owner, so no one can ever call it. The key rack is empty.

On a small screen, swipe sideways across the painting.
An empty room
L2BEAT's data names no one who can upgrade this chain's contracts. Where that holds, the rules are fixed: the strongest guarantee a rollup can offer, and the hardest to repair if something breaks.
Not in the painting
3 upgradable contracts have no key-holder named in the data, so they are not hung on the rack: Ethscriptions (its admin, Proxy, has no owner and can never be called), EthscriptionsProver (its admin, Proxy, has no owner and can never be called), L2ToL1MessagePasser (its admin, Proxy, has no owner and can never be called).
